Shanaka brings over 20 years experience to Synergy as the Business Owner with extensive knowledge as a Certified Financial Planner. As a family man, Shanaka knows the feeling of responsibility and the importance of taking care of people. Besides Shanaka's family, his clients are his number one priority providing strategic advice for business and personal clients along with advice on self-managed super funds. The strength of his advice is the ability to connect with the client far beyond the numbers and build plans for a way of life.
Nothing is more important for Shanaka than time with Juliet and Tia and those close to him. Cooks a mean curry, enjoys time on the golf course and travelling to his place of peace, Hawaii regularly. Shanaka is also a proud Parramatta Eels supporter.

Juliet has been a Director of Synergy for over 10 years, providing our clients with Business Management and Taxation Advice. Juliet has over 20 years experience in Accounting and is not just a mentor to our clients but also to her team. Her kind heart and positive nature see's Juliet being our clients "number 1" person to rely on. Her strength is providing all clients exceptional knowledge and guidance on Business Planning and Monitoring program, Business Management and all Taxation matters.
Juliet loves spending time with her husband and beautiful daughter Tia. Netball is a big part of who Juliet is, whilst she has retired many times she continues to turn up the next year! Juliet's calm nature see's her enjoying family time, dinners with friends and going to the races.
